- All requests must be made by the PFM or approved by the PFM. If a request comes in and it is not from the PFM, please respond back to the request, cc’ing the appropriate PFM to approve the Temp employee request.
- If PFM has requested or approved, please send to the Manager/Asst Manager of the property where the Temp will be working the following IT and Internet Usage Policy to be completed by the Temp Employee PRIOR to setting up account -

- Setup the Temp employee in the Smartsheet and ensure that you append the Title Column with (TEMP) to designate it is a Temp employee occupying the position.
- Follow normal procedures for setting up AD/Access request for Yardi, etc… Then follow the normal procedures of recycling password and Yardi access when the Temp is replaced with Envolve employee.
