Issue:
During Prospect Compliance workflow, the option for HUD contract drop down is empty or blank. Since this is a required field, user cannot proceed with data entry.
Resolution:
The issue is related to the 50059 Contract expiration date. There are two factors to consider:
1) Affordable Project Info > 50059 tab, note the contract expiration date. If the contract is expired, contact Compliance for resolution.
2) Prospect's Expected Move In date is greater than the contract expiration date. Update the Expected Move In date to a date prior to the contract expiration date.
