Custom Procedure: Late Fee Setup By Resident Type

You can have late fees setup by resident type. The custom table can be found on the Property Screen --> Functions --> Late Fee Setup (Custom)

You can specify a setup for Market Residents, Tax Credit Residents and HUD Residents. If this table is setup, then the late fee settings on the resident screen will pull from this custom table instead of Property Control.

Note: Property Control still needs to be setup to capture some of the global settings like late fee charge code, run nightly, etc.

The customization looks at how the resident is flagged below to push what late fee type to use for that resident. If there are no settings checked, it will pull the setup for Market Residents. If 50059 is checked (anytime), it will pull the setup for HUD Residents. If Tax Credit is checked (but not 50059), it will pull the Tax Credit setup.
