Custom Procedure: Recurring Journal Entry Auto Post

To have Yardi automatically post your Recurring Journal Entries, complete the following:

1. Source: Enter AUTOPOST in the source field. Yardi will only automatically post the Recurring Journal Entry if this is in the field. If it is not, it will not automatically post.
2. Date Rage: Yardi will only automatically post the Journey Entry if the date the customization runs is in the date range on the Recurring Journal Entry. For instance, if the date range is 01/01/2021 to 12/31/2024 and the date that the customization runs is 01/01/2025, it will not automatically post the Recurring Journal Entry since the date that the customization runs is outside of the date range.
3. Day: Enter the day of the month that you would like the Recurring Journal Entry automatically posted. The customization runs once a day at 4am CT. For instance, the below example will automatically post on the 24th of the month.

Note: The Post Month checkboxes are not used in this customization. If you wish not to have this run on a specific month, please remove the source for the month that you wish this not to automatically post.
