Custom Procedure: Property Automatic Monthly Posting

To have Yardi automatically post Monthly Posting, complete the following:

Data: Property Reporting Info Table

Scroll down to the AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS section and find Monthly Posting: Day. You can populate the day that you would like Monthly Posting to happen on.

Report: Envolve: Property Automatic Monthly Posting Day

This can be found under .CUSTOM REPORTS --> Side Menu --> ACCOUNTING --> PROPERTY REPORTS --> Property Automatic Monthly Posting Day.

Note: The properties are scheduled to have monthly posting performed the evening before the date that is set in the Property Reporting Info table. For instance, if the property has 28 set for their day, the schedule the property to have monthly posting performed on the evening of the 27th. Monthly posting will actually happen to the property at 4am on the 28th.
