To have Yardi automatically place future charges on hold or stop future charges from being placed on hold, complete the following:
Note: The properties by default will have their future charges placed on hold even if this field is not setup. If the field is set to Yes or is left blank, it will place the future charges on hold. If it is set to No, it will not place future charges on hold.
Data: Property Reporting Info Table
Scroll down to the AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS section and find Monthly Posting: Day. You can populate the day that you would like Monthly Posting to happen on.
