Lease From/To Date Missing from Prospect Fix (Voyager 7S)

Created by Thomas Mohr, Modified on Fri, Sep 6 at 8:50 AM by Thomas Mohr

In this example, we can see that on the Prospect Guest Card the ‘Lease To’ date is missing, but the situation could also be that the dates are incorrect. Voyager 7S prevents you from continuing through the leasing workflow if either of these dates are missing.

To fix, we’re going to start by clicking the ‘Contacts’ button:

This will take you to the ‘Guest Card’ step of the leasing workflow. We want to click on the next leasing step, ‘Preferences’:

Then you want to click the ‘Next’ button to move to the ‘Occupants’ leasing step.

Note: You also have the option here of changing the ‘Expected Move In’ date if needed.

Then click the ‘Next’ button one more time to go to the ‘Select Unit’ leasing step:

Next steps for Market/Conventional Prospects

Click the ‘Next’ button one last time:

It is here under the ‘Rental Options’ leasing step for market residents where we will be able to modify the ‘Lease From/To Date’, then you can click the ‘Next’ button to proceed with saving the missing date and continue with the rest of the leasing workflow, issue resolved:

Next Steps for Affordable Prospects

Click the ‘Compliance’ button:

Then click on the ‘Select Unit’ step of the compliance workflow:

On this screen is where you will be able to modify/add the ‘Lease From/To’ dates:

To save the changes, click either the ‘Next’ button or directly on the ‘Validation’ step of the compliance workflow:

Voyager 7S will validate and check if the applicant qualifies per the income limits, and then you can click the ‘Done’ button to complete the compliance workflow, issue resolved:
